What Did Russian distributors tell us about market trends

A. Radugin, IT Guard:

"We work in the enterprise sector, where traditionally customers use: monitoring systems, attacks prevention systems, SIEM systems, privileged users acess control systems, information security analysis in the network infrastructure.

Most companies have gained the maturity level in terms of information security. Within organizations they already have standard anti-virus and firewall and now they are considering solutions to protect against the threats of the new generation, such as solutions of Fire Eye. A number of major vendors have started bringing similar products to the market, which shows the urgency of such problem and necessarity of this type of solution.

Now the topic of the protection of privileged users control also becomes popular."

A. Akinin, Web-Control:

"I noticed that this year, integrators have a strong special interest in new technologies and new trends. There are less conversations about the perimeter defense, there are more talks about the behavioral analysis, about the control of internal security. Behavioral analysis systems have been unjustifiably unnoticed past few years. But now in a complete blur boundaries, behavioral analysis goes to the first line of Information Security defense."

A. Goldshtein, Netwell:

"This year, more emphasis has shifted towards the protection of APT threats because they every year it become more and more complicated. Customers looking to the protection of this kind of attacks."

Timur Bagirov, RRC:

"There are a lot of questions why foreign products are better than domestic, more talks about the benefits of products and very good involvement of the audience in the product lines that are presented at the exhibition."
